Four different rooms and five bathrooms are spread over two floors, both of which open to the exterior. Thanks to the way the terraces are arranged on both its sides, the villa offers its guests a choice of sun or shade even during the hottest times of day.
The fact that the plot on which Villa Altair was built is slightly sloped allowed a large sunbathing deck to be created right around the private swimming pool which itself nestles at the very heart of a lush Mediterranean garden. There is even a private parking area at the other side of the latter. Villa Altair offers plenty of shady spots too to provide welcome cool during the hottest times of the day.
The main entrance leads into a large lounge which communicates with the kitchen and opens on to a panoramic terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding nature and condominium gardens. There are also two en suite rooms on the same floor as well as a third guest bathroom. The lower floor features two further en suite rooms that open directly onto the pool area.
